Corpus Christi
The town of Marín dresses up on the occasion of Corpus Christi, a floral tradition that has reached the present day from the Middle Ages thanks to women passing down this tradition from generation to generation. The streets of the town are adorned with “carpets” and natural “tapestries” made of flowers and vegetables accompanying the procession of Santa Maria do Porto, which goes from the Templo Novo church to the Templo Vello one. Experience this celebration of Marín’s cultural and religious heritage.
